"Just wanted to let you know that Ryan Yates has done a really, really good job for us. As you know, during the last couple of months, he has installed a Blu Ray DVD player, Apple TV, and a new Crestron Remote for us. All of these new products have been handled very well. Last night I had a problem with the telephone line regarding our alarm system. I sent Ryan an email about 11:30pm regarding this issue. He called me immediately and came to our house this morning around 7:15am and fixed the telephone line. "Dan and his team at FulTech were able to meet and exceed all the criteria I had suggested for my new home, which I often access and control remotely. In addition, they were able to suggest several things I would not have thought of. Most recently the addition of storm shutters were able to be fully integrated with the security system, my web access and the cameras. FulTech successfully ‘hid’ all of our equipment in the back of a small guest closet, something they suggested and helped in designing from the outset, including ventilation requirements. We only have LCD TVs and hidden speakers around the house, leaving all electronics out of site, but with the easy to use touch screens, quickly accessible. A single touch of a button and the ArtScreen reveals the TV, which turns on, the HD satellite turns on, and the surround sound kicks on. We love it."
